Based on the BMW 700 and designed by Colani. This is about as much information as I have found but here are 4 photos.

Prototype, one built. Colani makes some slippery shapes for sure. That thing was supposedly good for 120mph. think it came out 1959-60. His trucks are out of control

That has to be one of the greatest cars I've never heard of. It's so elegant and beautiful.
